Q1: How soon will I be able to get my Compatible HP59 Ink Cartridge? 

A1:  For the quantity within 100 pieces, the goods will be sent to you in 3-5 working days after received     deposit.

       And about 7-10 working days for 20GP quantity for normal models.

       And about 10-15 working days after received deposit for 40GP for normal models.

Q2: What type of ink cartridges do you produce?

Q3: Will my printer warranty be affected using compatible inkjet cartridge? 

A3:  No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. A7:  TIPCOLOR compatible ink cartridges are configured with ink other parts to meet or exceed OEM specifications using industry testing methods. The testing includes the extremely cold and hot temperature testing, which make our ink cartridges can be printed well from summer and winter.

Q8: How many pages can I print with your compatible ink cartridge? 

A8: Our print pages are exactly the same as original ink cartridges with the strict ISO19752 standard. And some models are in higher print page yield then original cartridges.

Q9: What is the defective percentage of your ink cartridges?

A9: Our defective rate is less than 1.5% based on our market testing.

Q10: What should I do if I have print quality problem?

A10: Please contact us and we will check the reason. And the defective products will be replaced for free.
